By following the footsteps of a modern approach in running the business and with a strong desire to accommodate all present and future needs we established streamlined quality system according to the requirements our business. The aim of our quality management system is to ensure that:
Quality management for road construction relies heavily on field inspection, field testing and laboratory testing activities which can be performed by us, third party testing services and government agencies. These inspections and tests are required to confirm compliance with the relevant specifications and for customer acceptance. Therefore they can impact significantly on the construction project schedule. Timely access to this data can be difficult as it is collected by multiple individuals from different organizations across large job sites. We have enabled business process improvements in the running of field inspection, testing and laboratory operations as well as enabling the sharing of quality data and reports between all project stakeholders. We have streamlined laboratory and field testing operations, eliminating duplicate data entry and significantly reduce report turnaround time.
Our goal is to execute projects and provide services in accordance with customer requirements, optimising prices, meeting deadlines and fulfilling legal requirements and regulations with the highest profitability. We aim to be known as market leaders due to the high level of satisfaction of our customers, employees and shareholders. With this in mind we keep ourselves up-to date with the latest quality and testing equipment and labs.
